How do I register?

Click on the person icon to access your account registration, once you have completed your registration, you will have access to our complete catalog.

Activation Problems

If you cannot find the product key, all purchased products appear in the 'My Library' section. Check the 'Spam' folder of your E-Mail. Make sure the e-mail address has been entered without errors. If you require a refund, please consult our refund policy, as licenses are for 1-time use only.

I can't activate the key

Check that there are no spelling errors when entering the key. Also, consult the activation guide that will be sent to you along with your email, check that you are activating on the correct platform.

Key does not appear in Library

You are viewing a different library than the product. You are logged in to the wrong account.

Payment Errors

Check that your card has enough balance to complete the purchase, you can try using another payment method.
